The Zildjian Company's secret cymbal alloy has been in the family since way back in 1623, and has been passed on from generation to generation. The A Custom series gets its name from the founder of this family business - Avedis I - who got the Zildjian name from the sultan in Constantinople, and the series has been designed in collaboration with renowned drummer Vinnie Colaiuta.

Though small in size, the effect of a splash cymbal can go a long way when you want to deliver a subtle, short accent.. This 10-inch splash is part of Zildjian's A Custom line of cymbals. As such, it has the A Custom series' famous bright, cutting sound. With its fast response and short decay, this small cymbal delivers a crash-like sound with plenty of musicality. Its brilliant finish slightly accentuates the high frequencies, and gives the cymbal a striking, elegant look.

Fijn geluid. Ik zit te denken om van hetzelfde type een 8” te kopen. Maar dan moet ik eerst plek creëren waar hij mag te komen hangen.
