The Gibraltar SC-DTK Drummers Tech Kit is a handy survival kit for drummers. It contains replacements for the parts that are most prone to breaking or getting lost.

First of all, the SC-DTK kit contains three pairs of thick felts for your cymbals, and even a set of felts for your hi-hat. It also has three cymbal sleeves that prevent the metal stand from making contact with the cymbal and creating a 'keyhole', and a set of metal washers to hold your cymbals up if needed.

Second, the kit has three spare tension rods. These have to endure a whole lot of tension, and every once in a while, one might break, which will severely impact the sound of your drums. It also includes a snare cord, so that you can reattach the snare wires to the bottom of your snare drum. You will also find a bass drum kick pad that you can stick onto your bass drumhead to reinforce the point where your beater hits it.
