Constructed using gold-plated plugs, copper spiral shielding and a 7.8mm diameter PVC jacket, this low-capacity, high-end microphone cable is designed to ensure distortion-free performance and ultra-dynamic, direct response. I am not a studio or sound guy, I am an audiophile with a 20k home system. I bought a pair of these cables to try between my DAC and preamp. Wow what a difference these cables have made to the sound quality of my system. They have unlocked the potential of my system. Improved clarity across all the frequency bands whilst improving the soundstage and tonality of my favourite recordings. In the Hifi cable market these cables would be considered very cheap and they bested the more expensive cables I was using
