If you need more inputs and outputs than the LSM240 offers, then the LSM480 is just the ticket! This audio management system is equipped with no fewer than four inputs and eight outputs, making the LSM480 a great addition to larger fixed or mobile installations.
Along with the impressive number of inputs and outputs, this system also features the best technology of its time, including 32-bit processors (40-bit floating point), A/D and D/A converters with 24-bit quality, and six parametric equalizers, all of which put you in complete control over the outgoing signal. Should any frequency correction be required, you can do this in detail down to the hertz. A crossover and limiter are also built in, making the LSM480 the only thing you need in your professional setup!
Audio management systems are often very advanced, and it usually takes more than a couple of button presses to get everything set up just right. As such, you'll find that the American Audio LSM-480 interface is also quite complex, and should you desire even more functionality you could easily make use of the USB and RS-485 connector to make adjustments via the PC. This option means that you can really get the most out of your American Audio management system!

Ik heb de American Audio LSM480 audio management systeem aangeschaft omdat ik zelf een luidsprekersysteem van RCF aan het ontwikkelen ben .
Zeer aan te raden als je zelf een systeem gaat bouwen waarbij je het uiterste van de versterker en speaker wilt hebben. Ik was wel even aan het rommelen voordat ik de connectie met de computer had , maar ben er uiteindelijk wel uitgekomen. Ik had namelijk een bestand over het hoofd gezien die ik nog moest installeren.
Plus punten:
+ zeer licht.
+ makkelijk in gebruik.
Min punten:
Ben ik nog niet tegengekomen!
Conclusie :
Als je een goed audio management systeem nodig heb is deze zeker aan te raden.
