This Grace VanderWaal Signature ukulele by Fender is a concert-sized model that's equipped with a Fishman Kula preamplifier. The preamp has a built-in tuner as well as volume, bass, mid, treble and phase controls. The uke is made of sapelle and has a lovely dark-coloured fretboard and bridge made of walnut. The gold-plated hardware, Grace Signature Gold Sparkle soundhole rosette and Grace's signature on the back of the headstock all add to this model's great look. A navy-coloured Grace Signature gig bag is included too.

Mooie ukelele met een mooie klank. Speelt prettig en vrij makkelijk. Tas is ook fraai. Helaas pikt het element de hoge snaren niet helemaal goed op. Gemeld bij Bax en er komt een nieuwe onze kant op. Hopelijk werkt die wel zoals het moet.
Een aangename verassing. Zeer mooie afwerking. Klinkt mooi.
Een zeer mooie ukulele, klinkt zeer goed! Het heeft een aangenaam gewicht en voelt heel kwaliteitsvol. Wat je op de foto niet goed ziet is dat de ukulele een mooi glans heeft!

I particularly wanted a fender uke because their headstock makes for comfortable left hand finger positioning and BAX were the cheapest available at the time. Bax then had a weekend offer of 15% off and I jumped at the chance. The uke was delivered promptly and actually looks better than it appears in the photos and has a good feel. As with most ukes of this price range I find the strings give a somewhat harsh tone and I have changed them to Aquila Red with a Low G. The fishman amp seems very capable but have only tried it a couple of times with my practice amp.
