With the WS-FH215S, Stagg offers an excellent beginner flugelhorn. This entry-level model features stainless-steel pistons and a third slide ring. You'll also find two waterkeys with corks on the third slide, so you can get rid of any moisture and maintain an excellent sound. With a 138mm bell and an 11.5mm boring, this flugelhorn is ideal for beginners of all ages. It features a clear lacquer finish and comes with a mouthpiece and a soft case. Beginner flugelhorn players are bound to enjoy this instrument for a number of years!

The flugelhorn is one of the most important instruments in a fanfare orchestra - some groups have upwards of 14! If you'd rather have a more unique role, then this instrument is also a key player in brass bands, where you'll be more likely to find just one or two flugelhorn players. Flugelhorns can also be found in concert bands, though that is less common nowadays. Of course, you could always play pop or jazz, as these genres often feature the flugelhorn for ballads and solo pieces that need a warm brass sound.
