With regards to professional audio players, Tascam is definitely one of the best brands to choose. The CD-200 series offers a reliable audio reproduction for any professional application. This CD-200iL is a stable CD player with an integrated iPod docking station. Its CD section supports audio CDs as well as WAV, MP2 and MP3 files, and its iPod docking station - located on the left of the CD drive - is equipped with both a 30-pin and a Lightning connector, enabling you to connect iPods and iPhones of any generation. To ensure optimal audio quality, the CD-200iL uses its own DA converter instead of that of the iOS device.
The Tascam CD-200iL: Reliable Drive
The CD drive of the CD-200iL has been designed by Tascam's parent company TEAC. As all components have been developed and assembled in-house, optimal reliability is guaranteed. The player is compatible with a number of different file formats and supports both pressed CDs and burned CD-Rs and CD-RWs. Naturally, CD-Text and ID3 tags are shown on the clear display of the CD-200iL. Three different playing modes (continuous, shuffle and program) and folder playback provide you with the ideal way of controlling your tracks for any given situation.
Shock-Proof
In case of hitches caused by shocks or vibrations, the 10-second shock-proof memory of the CD-200iL ensures flawless playback. The Tascam player is supplied with an accessory remote control, so you can operate all functions from your (studio) chair. Audio outputs are available in both analogue and digital form, and digital S/PDIF signals can be transmitted via RCA as well as TOS cables. The CD-200iL has been designed for 19-inch rack-mounting, taking up two units of rack space. The necessary mounting materials are included, of course.

Heb er lang over getwijfeld en uiteindelijk toch besteld. Dit is echt een fantastisch toestel, en superhandig omdat je heel eenvoudig kan switchen tussen Cd en ipod/iphone en ipad.
Je hoeft geen aparte lader meer te voorzien voor je apple stuff, gewoon inpluggen en klaar. Verder kan je bediening volledig uitvoeren met je afstandsbediening.
