This iconic preamp/EQ combo sets up your desk with the same sound and satisfying workflow as the classic Neve gear of old. The preamp has been fitted with the same Carnhill transformers as the genuine article, giving you that immediately familiar, fattened-up low-end and silky-smooth high-end, and with the filters and the equalizer, essential sound-shaping decisions can be made mid-recording, removing all danger of procrastination. Thanks to the line-in, the 1084 can be comfortably used as part of your mix setup, and this deep-designed offering from BAE Audio even thoughtfully includes a power supply.
