The Roland E-Series first started life in the eighties when the first additions were already insanely popular and since we've now reached the E-X50, you're looking at far higher specs than those original classics. In fact, this keyboard boasts a massive polyphony of 256 and the sound quality is something to drool over, whether you're scrolling through the onboard library of pianos, strings, horns, or other instruments from all over the world. Naturally, a full stack of styles also comes included, and using the Mac and Windows compatible app, you gain access to Roland's own Style Converter, so you can build your own custom styles and upload them to the memory slots provided.

To complete the performance setup, you can even jack a microphone directly into the E-X50 and add a little of the built-in reverb and other effects to your vocals. A Bluetooth 5.0 module has also been integrated to support cable-free pairing with a phone or tablet so backing tracks can be streamed through the keyboard speakers while you play along or you can follow tutorials in maximum comfort.
