If you're hunting for the pure sound of the '60s, then allow the twelve-string Guild Starfire IV-12 ST semi-hollow electric guitar to take you right back to the sound of The Beatles and The Byrds. In essence, this model has barely changed in the last sixty years, so you get the same airy warmth of a mahogany body, the sonic stability of a spruce centre-block and the chic look and feel of an ebony fretboard. More modern tweaks come in the form of a Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stopbar tailpiece, which support up-to-date tuning stability, while the amplified sound of this stomper is voiced by two LB-1 Little Buckers which, in both size and sound, sit somewhere between a single-coil and humbucker, shaping that classic '60s jangle. The Guild Starfire IV-12 ST twelve-string comes complete with a deluxe case.
