Allmänt
Packing two channels, 60 Watts of power and a single custom 12-inch speaker, the Line 6 Catalyst 60 combines the playing experience of a traditional amp with the humble dimensions and flexibility of modern guitar gear. This model is cut out for use in anything from bedrooms and rehearsal rooms to small venues and even features a built-in attenuator that can be engaged to limit the power output, or the volume basically. Based on HX® sound design tech, the Catalyst 60 puts the sound of six different amps at your disposal, running from sparkling cleans to contemporary high-gain tone.
The Catalyst 60: Flexibly Deployable
Besides the six different amp voicings, Line 6 have crammed in a full serving of digital effects: six reverbs, six delays, six modulation and six pitch/filter effects - plus an FX loop for your go-to stompboxes as well as a built-in tuner so you can leave yours at home from now on. Also, thanks to the fitted XLR direct out with ground lift switch, it's even possible to use this Catalyst Series combo as a 4-in/4-out audio interface following eased integration into your live rig or home studio and, since it comes with the free Catalyst Edit software for PC, Mac iOS and Android, any sound you shape can be tweaked in maximum detail.

Na lang wikken en wegen en onderzoek dit combo aangeschaft. Verrassend combo; een mooie mix van plug and play en modeling. Perfect voor thuis, maar zeker ook luid genoeg om mee in een band te spelen.
Sounds zijn goed en eenvoudig te tweaken via de app die je op je device kunt gebruiken. Leuk is ook om sounds via de website te downloaden en die te gebruiken. Ik heb de fotoswitch mee besteld (FS2) en de effectknop toegewezen aan de boost. Zo kan ik op elk van de 6 banken twee kanalen samenstellen en met de boost nog een lekker randje geven. Kwalitatief zit dit combo keurig en mooi in elkaar; zit er gewoon top uit.Voor deze prijs ongelooflijk. De effecten komen uit de Helix familie en klinken heel goed. Let wel: naast de reverb kun je maar 1 effect toevoegen en dat is misschien voor sommigen weinig, maar je kunt via de effectloop nog pedalen extra aansluiten en die pakt ie goed. Ik ben dik tevreden met de aanschaf. Beluister de juiste Youtube filmpjes want er zijn figuren die er soms maar een raar verhaal van maken.
