The 611VFM is the cream of the Yamaha Pacifica crop. This electric guitar is the tremolo edition of the prized Pacifica 611HFM, and besides the addition of the Wilkinson VS50-6 vintage-style tremolo bridge, all of the specifications have remained the same. That includes the versatile humbucker and P90 pickup combination that makes the Pacifica VFM perfect for genres from country and blues to pop and hard rock; the tremolo adds a new dimension of sound with it vibrato effects. This Tobacco Brown Sunburst edition has an attractive grained veneer of flamed maple on both the body and the headstock. A lot of luxury for an affordable price!

Yamaha Pacifica 611VFM: Custom Shop Features

The Pacifica 611VFM has its SP90-1N Soapbar single-coil neck pickup and high-output Custom 5 humbucker in the bridge position to thank for its incredible versatility. You can also use a push/pull switch to make the bridge pickup function as a bright and twangy single-coil. The body of the Pacifica 611VFM is fashioned from lightweight elm and the screwed alder neck is equipped with a 22-fret rosewood fretboard. Thanks to the Grover locking tuners and the self-lubricating string tree and nut by Graph Tech, the guitar stays in optimal tuning even when you go wild with the Wilkinson tremolo bridge.
