Ibanez' RG652FMMSF-DPB is devilishly-good electric guitar from the Prestige series with a Dark Purple Doom Burst finish on the flamed maple top. The white binding accentuates the body beautifully. The 5-piece neck is made of maple and walnut and has a Birdseye maple fretboard without position markers. Just like all models from the Prestige series, this guitar comes with a case.
Prestige: made in Japan
The RG652FMMSF-DPB is made in Japan and great care is taken when it comes to its precision, performance and playability. A good example of this is its stable Super Wizard HP neck that has 24 jumbo frets that have undergone Ibanez' special Prestige treatment for optimal playing comfort. Other impressive features include the fixed Gibraltar Standard II bridge and modern Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads that offers excellent tuning stability.
Versatile sound
The body of this RG652 is made of mahogany for a rich, warm tone that is delivered to your amplifier by two DiMarzio passive humbuckers. There's a Tone Zone at the bridge and an Air Norton at the neck. As well as the standard options, the 5-way pickup switch can be used to run the neck pickup in parallel or use the single-coils separately. This makes the RG652FMMSF-DPB extremely versatile giving you crystal-clear clear tones as well as ones that'll make you ears bleed!
