The AZ2204N: HSS Pickups & dyna-MIX9 System
The compound radius of the rosewood fretboard of the AZ2204N runs from a more bulgy 9 inches near the nut to a flatter 12 inches at the highest fret. This, combined with the ultra-smooth edges of the 22 stainless steel jumbo frets, provides all the playability needed for high-speed solos and riffs. Meanwhile, the Gotoh T1702B tremolo bridge can be turned to for any vibrato tricks, and optimum tuning stability is a given thanks to a set of Gotoh MG-T locking tuners. Finally, as the best-for-last-bit, we should probably mention that the AZ2204N offers no less than 9(!) foundation sounds conjured up by the Seymour Duncan Fortuna HSS pickup configuration, the 5-way pickup switch and the special Alter Switch of the Ibanez dyna-MIX9 system.
