A rosewood fretboard completes the construction and has been given a compound radius that starts at 8.98 inches at the headstock and ends at 12 inches at the body, immediately giving chords a tight and accurate feel while lead licks and riffs feel fluid and controlled. A durable set of stainless steel jumbo frets lighten the load on the fret-hand even further, and have been given the Prestige treatment, so any sharp edges have been smoothed down and rounded off for maximum comfort. And, to ease fret navigation, you get a set of mother-of-pearl position markers alongside a set of luminescent side dots.

Clear and defined sound filled out with a sweet punch and light mid-range scoop is expertly dished out by a set of three Custom Fortuna pickups, controlled by a single tone and volume pot and a five-way selector switch. Meanwhile, a Gotoh T1502S tremolo bridge supports subtle-and-refined to extreme vibrato tricks, and a full set of Gotoh Magnum Lock machine heads don't just firm up the tuning stability, but since these are the H.A.P. editions, the string angle as it threads through the bone nut can be accurately adjusted.
