Pickup-guru, Tim Shaw is solely responsible for the mounted set of newly designed Broad'Tron BT65 pickups, and this pair of passive humbuckers have been specifically made to suit the particular sonic palette of the G6288 by shaping a muscular and potent midrange, a cosy and warm low-end, and a shimmering and transparent high-end. The playability has as much luxurious presence as the sound, since the rosewood fretboard has an incredibly snug feeling 12-inch radius and 22 medium frets.
