Its black colour, white bindings and gold-coloured hardware are just some of the characteristic features of this Dimavery LP-520. It has the familiar single-cut body shape and two humbucker pickups. With its distinctive shape, arched top and single cutaway, this version is the quintessential rock guitar. There's a good reason that some of the world's greatest guitar players, like Slash and Gary Moore, chose to play this type of guitar. The neck has clear position markers in the form of pearloid block inlays.

LP-520: single cutaway body with an arched top

The body of the LP-520 is made of basswood and features a beautiful arched top that accentuates this guitar's characteristic curved shape. Basswood is a lightweight type of wood, producing a balanced tone with full basses, tight mids and sweet trebles. The 22-fret neck is set into the body for a neat look and more sustain. This means your notes will resound longer, something that is important for playing beautifully long notes.

Two humbuckers for a wide range of sounds

The LP-520 is equipped with two humbucker pickups, known for their noise-free, warm sound. The three-position pickup switch allows you to alternate between the pickups. In the middle position, both are on, producing a varied sound. There are four knobs, a volume control and a tone control for each pickup that allow you to adjust the overall sound by turning the volume of one of the pickups up or down. The tone knobs let you filter out the high frequencies to your liking.
