Access integrated apps loaded with useful tools including a tuner, metronome, rhythm tracks, a bank of built-in effects and a looper, and enjoy the stunning sonic detail of the FreeBoost 2.2 technology that transforms the body of this guitar into a speaker. In other words, this guitar doesn't even need an acoustic amplifier, since it's essentially an acoustic guitar, an amplifier, and an effects unit in one.
The Lava ME 3 Smart Guitar: Intuitive, Creative & Powerful
The ME 3 has a single-piece, injection moulded AirSonic 2 carbon fibre construction that shapes a full sound framed by rich and lively resonance, and a long sustain. Since it doesn't bear a traditional wood build, this instrument is incredibly stable, and far less sensitive to temperature and humidity shifts, making it an outstanding travel guitar. The internal battery has an 8,000mAh capacity and can be recharged via USB or using the compatible retro-futuristic Space Charging Dock (not included). The mind-bending space-oddity that is the Lava ME 3 36” comes complete with a matching Space Bag.

Brilliant guitar, feels really nice to play and the looks and sounds great! I had concerns about how carbon fibre body would sound considering I’ve I’ve only ever heard wooden guitars, but the sound is very bright and the resonation is perfect. The effects aren’t as loud as I’d have liked but they would obviously be better played through an amp, which I have not done yet. The case looks great and seems perfect for protecting the guitar!
Finally this is the 4th or 5th guitar I have bought from Bax and again their customer service was excellent! I had an issue when I first ordered this guitar and I tried to telephone them to cancel my order but I could not get through on the telephone, so I tried using Facebook Messenger and they answered and dealt with my query perfectly and promptly using that. Also they delivered my guitar 4 days earlier than expected which was a bank holiday here in England so I was very impressed by that also!
