Meinl's PMDJ2-M-G medium Travel Series djembe is suited for both beginners and professional players. It features a hand-selected goatskin drumhead that gives it a traditional sound. Additionally, with its striking patterns and colours, it has a unique look that is bound to steal the show. Sound-wise, the PMDJ2-M-G offers deep bass tones and powerful slaps. You can even tune the 10-inch drumhead while you're playing, thanks to the unique tuning mechanism.
Durable shell
Meinl fitted this djembe with a durable, 20-inch-deep synthetic shell, which is extra lightweight for optimal playing comfort. The material is also weather-resistant and able to deal with significant changes in temperature, making this djembe ideal for outdoor performances. A rubber ring on the bottom of the instruments protects it from scratches. With its rich sound and durable materials, this is quite a universal djembe that is suited for both enthusiastic beginners and more advanced players.
