The NUO 4.0 by Ecler is a 4-channel analogue mixer that has been developed for professional DJs and for use in fixed installations. The 4.0 features professional characteristics and is equipped with high-quality analogue components that have been especially composed by Ecler.
The NUO 4.0 is a welcome addition to many DJ setups, as it offers a great deal of practical features, such as an accurate and ergonomic full-cut EQ and professional FX loop functionality with send and return control in either pre or post fader mode. This mixer is suited for any music style, no matter how outrageous! The Ecler NUO 4.0 is compatible with the separately available Eternal crossfader, which is highly rated by scratch DJs.
Apart from its great audio quality, the 4.0 features a rugged look, two balanced XLR microphone inputs and two balanced XLR outputs (for master and booth). As such, this DJ mixer is not just suited for DJing purposes, but also a great asset for a fixed audio installation.

Ik heb dit product een tiental dagen in mijn bezit en ben tot nu toe erg tevreden. Ik heb lang uitgekeken om een nieuwe mixer te kopen, en kwam steeds terug bij de Ecler Nuo 4.0. Mijn aandacht ging ook even uit naar de Allen & Heath Xone 42, maar die heeft te lange en te weinig soepele faders naar mijn oordeel.
Pluspunten:
- overzichtelijke opbouw
- grote EQ knoppen
- full cut EQ
- hoge bouwkwaliteit
- hoge klankkwaliteit
- erg soepele faders en crossfader (die bovendien door een Eternal crossfader vervangen kan worden)
- 4 phono ingangen voor wie aan 2 draaitafels niet genoeg heeft
Minpunten:
- geen ingebouwde effector of filters (wel fx send/return)
