Orange's Terror Bass 500 Bass Head is a hybrid bass amplifier head that strongly resembles the famous Tiny Terror Lunchbox. Inside, there's a highly powerful 500-watt transistor amplifier with a tube preamp equipped with two ECC83 tubes (the same preamp as in the AD200B UK bass guitar amplifier). It's an extremely loud, manageable and grand-sounding bass head that is perfect for proper vintage rocking!
The connectors
This rugged bass guitar amplifier has a powder coated aluminium housing, fitted with several tone controls and connectors. You can hook it up to an 8 or 4-ohm speaker cabinet, or two 4-ohm cabinets. Additionally, the Orange Terror Bass 500 H features a balanced XLR output to directly send the bass signal to a mixer. Moreover, the Terror Bass also allows you to loop a series of effects in the signal and set the input level to match either a passive or active bass guitar.

Ik wilde graag een licht apparaat, en deze Orange is dat! Makkelijk in gebruik, maar met een grote range: de Terror Bass biedt heel veel! Wat een geluid, meer dan genoeg voor de kleine optredens die ik heb :-)
