The SRM 350 V3 is the third generation of the Mackie SRM series, which offers PA speakers for various purposes that combine a modest weight with great durability and performance. The Mackie SRM 350 V3 is the most compact model, but that doesn't mean you should underestimate it. Equipped with a bi-amped amplifier, it delivers an impressive 500 Watts of RMS power, and it can handle 1000 Watt peaks. Thanks to the bi-amped amplifier design, woofer and compression driver are powered individually. The 10-inch woofer is driven by 400 Watts of class-D power, while the tweeter receives 100 Watts RMS from a class-AB module. Weighing only 10 kilos, the SRM 350 V3 offers more than enough headroom, even in louder settings, at a total weight of only 10 kg!
Mackie SRM350V3: Speaker Mode
The SRM350 V3 features four particularly practical Speaker Mode presets, which enables you to choose between PA, DJ, Monitor and Solo voicings. With a simple push of a button, you can select the right sound characteristics for any occasion. The Mackie speaker has a cabinet made of sturdy yet lightweight polypropylene, which can be positioned at a 50-degree tilt for monitor applications. Select the Monitor mode and you can enjoy a clear sound that effortlessly cuts through the mix on stage.
Feedback Destroyer
Feedback can be a real pain, which is why Mackie equipped their third-generation SRM speakers with a Feedback Destroyer. It offers four different levels, but can also be switched off if you're not using any microphones. Naturally, the SRM 350 V3 also features the necessary built-in measures to protect it from harmful peaks as well as overloading or overheating. The Smart Protect DSP is automatically activated when things get a little too rough. You can mount the SRM 350 on a speaker stand or a distance rod, or fly it by means of an optional bracket. Helaas de 'Hype' niet waard.
Sinds de SRM serie in China wordt gemaakt is de kwaliteit niet meer wat het geweest is.
Deze speaker klinkt helaas niet 'vlak' zelfs indien men de PA mode aanzet.
De mid is niet echt aanwezig en de Bass iets te fel, en kan niet worden weggefilterd.
Wel is het een zeer draagbare en lichte speaker met veel aansluitmogelijkheden

Enceinte de petite taille et d'un poids raisonnable, mais bien pratique pour sonoriser temporairement lors d'une petite manifestation où un micro suffit. Enceinte bien utile également comme retour musicien sur scène, avec le filtre anti-Larsen.
