The E435IA is an installation set by HK Audio that consists of one E435 passive speaker module, a single EA600 amplifier module and a wall bracket set. Both modules feature E-Connect and have a combined weight of only 6 kilos. This set is meant for fixed installation in pubs, clubs, houses of worship and so on. You can use them for speech and (background) music, for instance.

Features of the modules

The speaker module has four 3.5-inch full-range drivers with a continuous power capacity of 150 watts RMS at a nominal impedance of 16 ohms and with a frequency range between 140 and 20,000 Hz (-10 dB). The frequencies are sent through an integrated system filter to ensure that the speakers produce the mids and trebles excellently. The crossover of both modules is at 140 Hz with a 12 dB filtering. Thanks to a 70-degree projection, the sound is spread over your audience beautifully. The difference between these two modules is that the E435 is a passive speaker, whereas the EA600 is the amp that drives it. The EA600 is a class-D amplifier that can drive the E435 as well as other modules from the Elements series, should you want it to.

E-Connect and mounting

Thanks to E-Connect, you only need a single cable for even elaborate Elements setups. Plug the cable into the amplifier module and it'll send the signal to the E435 speaker module on top via the built-in E-Connect in the stand adapter. Mounting these speaker modules is easy, you first hang the wall brackets from a wall, fold them open, insert the two modules, fold the brackets back and everything will be securely fastened. The result is a neat-looking, wall-mounted speaker set.
