The AVD11 is an excellent acoustic guitar from Ibanez' Artwood Vintage Thermo Aged series. The ageing process ensures a more mature sound with greater volume being produced across the entire frequency range. This dreadnought flattop model offers excellent playing comfort too thanks to its 25.6-inch scale length and the 15.75-inch fretboard radius.

The AVD11 has a Thermo Aged solid Caucasian spruce top with a semi-gloss finish that gives it a classic look as well as a great sound. The same finish is applied to the back and sides as well as the neck that has a comfortable soft V profile. The string nut and bridge saddle are both made of bone which is unbleached and impregnated with oil. The use of bone not only adds a contrast in terms of colour, but also ensures optimal transference of the string vibrations to the body.
