This 14 x 5.5-inch Tama snare drum is part of the Starclassic Performer Birch Bubinga series and produces a powerful sound with warm lows. That sound mostly stems from the combination of four plies of birch and three inner plies of the African wood type bubinga. Besides producing a fantastic sound, with its Champagne Sparkle lacquer, this snare is also very easy on the eyes, making it the perfect addition to a Starclassic Performer shell set in the same finish.

General characteristics

The Tama Starclassic Performer PPS55-CHS snare drum features chrome shell hardware and comes with Evans drumheads and 20-strand snare wires.
