The Zoom G2.1MA has been developed in collaboration with Michael Amott, guitarist and co-founder of Swedish death metal band Arch Enemy. This versatile signature-edition floor effect processor features a wide range of options for both beginning and more seasoned guitarists who dream of a fatter guitar sound. The multi-effect pedal has been modelled after the popular Zoom G2.1Nu and offers, among other things, an all-round expression pedal that allows you to control effect parameters like volume and wah in real-time. A 5-second looper function and a built-in drum machine with 40 different rhythm patterns are also part of this comprehensive pedal, which comes in a rugged metal housing with a tough-looking Arch Enemy graphic.

The G2.1MA comes equipped with 50 unique patches, created by the metal guitarist himself. Additionally, the processor features 50 of Michael's favourite sounds from the original G2.1Nu, as well as 100 user patches for your own custom sounds. That's not all, however. More than 80 guitar effects provide you with a sea of options, and an integrated USB interface and the included Cubase LE 4 software allow you to directly stream audio to your PC for recording and editing purposes.

Authentic sound thanks to high-quality modelling

The Zoom G2.1MA multi-effect pedal is equipped with a high-resolution ZFX-3 signal processor, which uses 96kHz sampling and 24-bit A/D/A conversion, and provides you with the characteristic sounds and dynamics of a tube guitar amplifier. That means you can 'clean up' even the roughest distortion using subtle nuances in your playing. An on-board auto-chromatic tuner enables you to accurately tune your guitar without even making a sound, and a large and clearly lit LCD display provides you with the information you need to make last-minute adjustments, even on the darkest stage.
