The PHA III keyboard with hammer response provides a highly authentic playing experience. The Escapement mechanism produces the same 'click' as the keyboard of an acoustic grand, which is particularly beneficial for expressive pianissimo playing. The keys are finished with an Ivory Feel layer which absorbs moisture, preventing your fingers from sliding.

Despite its moderate depth of 73 cm, the RG-1F-SB looks similar to a genuine grand, and is fitted with a lid that can be opened and closed.
