Jackson DK2MHT Pro Series Dinky Blue Glow MN
Allmänt
This Jackson solid body has a finish that reminds you of the colour of the sea on a tropical beach. Jackson have dubbed it Blue Glow and in combination with the maple fretboard, this DK2MHT Pro Series Dinky looks really fresh. It has a Speed Neck with a compound radius which means that you can play comfortably and smoothly along the entire line of frets of which there are 24, in jumbo size. When you play a regular neck it might become more difficult and unnatural when you reach the higher regions, but with the DK2MHT, you can just continue playing.
Jackson DK2MHT: True Jackson sound
And what a sound it is. This guitar has a body made of alder which knows exactly what to do with the resonance of the strings. This strong wood offers a full sound with a long sustain within the entire frequency range. Two Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups will give the sound of the strings the necessary punch. These pickups are of the Zebra type, at the bridge you can find a JB TB-4 and the neck sports a '59 SH-1N. Lastly, there is a Jackson HT6 hardtail, strings-through-body bridge. All in all, the DK2MHT is an excellent choice when you want to play rough but also like a sharp price.
Jackson Guitars
The renowned American brand Jackson Guitars was founded in 1980 by Grover Jackson and rose to fame with its customised V-guitar for Randy Rhoads. Today, many famous guitarists play a Jackson. Jackson guitars have an elegant design, a sharp headstock, shark fin position markers and a powerful sound which is perfect for metal and hard rock. The Pro Series features many of the specifications of the handmade USA series, but comes at a much more affordable price.
