This Ibanez AEG12II is released as a highly limited edition. The tasteful vintage mahogany sunburst finish might make you think otherwise, but this is actually a very affordable electro-acoustic guitar. The AEG12II produces that famous, balanced Ibanez sound, but is extremely easy to play thanks to its slender body. Thanks to the single cutaway you can play melodies at the higher positions of the neck.
Ibanez AEG12II VMS: warm with sweet sustain
The body, top and neck of the AEG12II are made of mahogany and the fretboard is made of rosewood for a warm, balanced sound with sweet sustain. The combination of a Fishman Sonicore pickup and an Ibanez AEQ-SP1 preamplifier makes for the brightest sound at any stage. The phase reverse switch prevents potential feedback and thanks to the built-in tuner you can have the AEG12II tuned in no time.
