Genelec products are often found in professional studios, and now they've come out with a line for home and hobby use! The entry-level model for the affordable M series is the M030. This active monitor has been made to perform optimally in small settings, thanks to its strategic housing and high-quality components.

Construction of the M030

Genelec certainly has an eye for detail, and the construction of the M030 is proof! The housing was designed to reduce vibrations, and because the die-cast cabinet has been strengthened with fibres and wood, you can expect maximum performance. Furthermore, a class D bi-amplifier delivers enough power to really let the M030 shine.

Designed for studio production

A 5-inch woofer works to ensure deep, right bass tones that are joined by bright highs from the 0.75-inch tweeter. A bass reflex port is responsible for the low frequencies that are produced to sound neutral and distortion-free. Thanks to the 103dB sensitivity and a frequency range of 58 to 20,000 Hz, you can use this monitor for a variety of production applications.
