Bax-shop can now offer a rather special second-hand electric guitar to true Stratocaster enthusiasts. This is a 40th Anniversary model in the coveted Caribbean Mist finish. Considering the age of this solid-body, it is in excellent structural state with a pleasantly played-in feel on the neck. The lacquer is in sublime state with only minor signs of playing.

Fender Stratocaster 40th Anniversary: a genuine Stratocaster

Beneath the gorgeous metallic green lacquer is an alder Strat body that is attached to the maple neck (and rosewood fretboard) by means of bolts. The combination of wood types ensures the authentic Fender sound with a bite. Regarding the pickups and electronics, everything is as they should be on a real Stratocaster. There's the three original single-coils for the famous Strat sparkle, a five-position pickup switch, a volume control and two tone knobs for the legendary array of tones. This 40th Anniversary Strat can be used for country, rock or even surf music.

A high-quality bit of Fender history

This Caribbean Mist Stratocaster is fitted with a two-point tremolo with brushed chrome saddles. When your right hand rests comfortably on the bridge, the flat surface of these saddles provides for a bit more playing comfort. This Stratocaster comes with a Studiologic Flightcase, a guitar strap, straplock buttons and a tremolo arm. You can now add a top-quality piece of genuine Fender history to your collection at an excellent price.
