Fender Robert Schmidt Mandoline electro-acoustic
Allmänt
This Fender electro-acoustic mandolin was designed by guitar virtuoso Robert Schmidt, known from the Irish-American Celtic punk formation Flogging Molly. The Robert Schmidt mandolin was modelled after the famous FM62 and is excellently suited for advanced players. It features a laminated spruce top and maple sides and back. These high-quality wood types ensure a clear and balanced tone. Thanks to the built-in pickup the mandolin is easily amplified.
Finish of the Fender Robert Schmidt mandolin
When designing his signature mandolin, Robert Schmidt aimed to create a quality instrument that looked both rugged and beautiful. The elegant body of the Fender Robert Schmidt electro-acoustic mandolin features a Walnut Stain finish, f-shaped sound holes, a tortoise pickguard, chromed hardware, mother-of-pearl position markers and a headstock decoration. This instrument is equipped with a volume knob to control your sound when you amplify the mandolin via the Special Design Piezo pickup.
