Until recently, you had to take a trip to Japan to purchase this exclusive bass guitar. Now, this Fender Japan AJB DFG Aerodyne Jazz Bass is available in Europe as a limited edition. This model is characterised by its aerodynamically shaped body. The entire width of the top is curved, cleverly eliminating the need for an arm contour and resulting in more playing comfort and a sleeker look. This Fender AJB was given a Dolphin Grey finish with a matching headstock.

Versatility of the Fender Japan AJB DFG

This Japanese Fender Aerodyne can be used for virtually all types of music or playing styles as it is equipped with both a J-Bass single-coil and a P-Bass split single-coil. These two pickups allow you to produce anything from gnarling Jazz Bass to punchy Precision Bass sounds. The AJB DFG has a basswood body with a bolt-on maple neck featuring a rosewood fretboard with 20 vintage-style frets and a 7.25-inch radius. The high-quality Gotoh GB1 tuners and the knobs and vintage-style bridge have a chrome finish.
