Allmänt

The Electro Voice N/D 267A is a dynamic vocal microphone equipped with VOB technology (Vocally-Optimized Bass). VOB ensures that the bass resonance is compressed, resulting in a sound with no bass distortion, which makes for a microphone with a lot more clarity and a consistent sound that cuts nicely through the mix.

Neodymium element

The microphones from the N/D series by Electro voice are equipped with a dynamic element with a neodymium magnet, which is much lighter, and thus faster to react, than a conventional magnet. It also results in a higher output signal from the microphone, which means that you can turn down the gain on your mixer for more gain before feedback. In combination with the cardioid polar patter, which ignores sound hitting the sides and back of the microphone, this mic has excellent acoustic isolation of the sound source.
