The 6-ply poplar drum shells shape warmth, and offer the kind of versatility demanded of any genre-hopping drummer. This 5-piece kit gives you a 20" x 16" kick drum, a 10" x 7" and 12" x 8" tom, a 14" x 13" floor tom and a 14" x 5" snare, each finished with a Black Oak wrap.

The perfect, fully flexible step-up from a beginner's kit, the Imperialstar doesn't just provide everything you'll need, but each component bears obvious Tama-grade quality. Every shell has been refined by Tama's own Precision Bearing Edges to ensure optimum contact with the heads and this results in an open response and considerable tuning range. The hardware pack includes a hi-hat stand and two cymbal stands which, along with the throne, have been double-braced for ultra-stability, while the 14" hi-hat, 20" ride, and 16" crash finish off the solid set-up.
