The famous Pearl Export family is getting a brand new member with this limited edition model. This EXX725S-C704 comes in a Black Cherry Glitter finish, which is a deep red colour with a subtle sparkle to it. Of course, the rest of this kit lives up to the Export's great reputation, with all the features you'd expect. The kit consists of a 22-inch bass drum, 10 and 12-inch toms, a 16-inch floor tom and a 14 x 5.5-inch snare drum.

Pearl EXX725S-C704: enhanced resonance

The shells are fabricated in line with Pearl's Superior Shell Technology, which means that six plies of poplar and Asian Mahogany are expertly glued together. By using this special manufacturing process, the shells are incredibly strong and there are no air bubbles between the plies of wood. The result? Optimal resonance. To prevent adversely affecting that amazing sound, Pearl chose to mount the toms using the Opti-Loc system, that attaches to the toms tension rods. The lugs further enhance resonance, as they are very lightweight and make minimal contact with the shells.

Complete drum set

This Pearl Export comes with everything you could want from a drum set. For instance, it includes a Demonator bass drum pedal as well as the Pearl HWP-830 hardware pack, which includes a hi-hat stand, two cymbal stands and the aforementioned tom suspension system. This kit even comes with a Pearl cymbal set, including a hi-hat, ride and crash.
