One of these artists is Trilok Gurtu. He may not be as well-known to the general public as many of his fellow Zildjian endorsers, but real percussion enthusiasts will know that Gurtu is a real master of world percussion and has played with a wide variety of artists and received multiple awards.

These Artist Series drum sticks have been created to suit Trilok Gurtu's personal preferences and style. As such, they are a little different from your average drum stick. One of the most prominent features is the special thumb groove that is positioned right at the fulcrum point of the stick. This gives you extra control and enhanced accuracy. Furthermore, while the sticks are made of high-class hickory wood, they have a unique walnut stained look. In addition to that, the handles have received two layers of yellow Zildjian DIP, for optimal grip and control.
