Designed for beginners, no matter their age, the lightweight Fazley ART-TP100 ABS trumpet has a Bb tuning - the most accessible tuning a trumpet can have, and since it's been moulded from ABS and given a chrome-coloured coating before being fitted with metal valves and a metal and ABS valve housing, this trumpet has a smooth, friction-free playing feel. While it doesn't come including valve oil, the Fazley ART-TP100 does come with an ABS mouthpiece and a soft-case.

Any built up condensation can be drained off with ease via the water key fitted to the lead pipe, which can also be adjusted to raise or lower the pitch of the first valve. The pitch of the other valves can also be adjusted to make the C# and D sound proportionally lower, for example, since these notes can sound unnaturally high for a Bb trumpet. The bell has a 129mm diameter and an 11.6mm bore, while the entire instrument weighs just 500 grams.
