Kali Audio have only been around since 2018, but online discussion platforms are already exploding with posts praising their LP Series studio monitors. While more and more musicians and producers were getting wind of the LP-6 models, Kali Audio worked on the LP-8: a splendid active unit packed with a 1-inch tweeter and an 8-inch woofer suitable for intense styles like EDM or even orchestral music. In terms of connections, it comes with RCA, TRS and XLR inputs, even though most people with a solid audio interface will probably only end up using the balanced jacks. Possibly more interesting are the dipswitches, which allow you to calibrate the sound character of the monitor to match the acoustics of the room.
