These 2.3mm-thick hoops were specially designed by Mapex for the Black Panther series of snare drums. The Sonic Saver hoops ensure your snare drum stays in tune, and thanks to their innovative design they enhance the drum's projection. Their design makes them a great compromise between the light and airy triple-flanged hoops, and the rigid, heavy die-cast hoops!
This particular hoop is suited for the snare side of any snare drum with a diameter of 10 inches and 6 lugs, and it has a clean, chrome finish that will look good on virtually any snare drum.
