With the D'Addario Woodwinds RJB1025 Royal 2.5 + Reed Guard, you're getting two products for the price of one! The first is a box of ten strength 2.5 reeds for alto saxophone. The second is the Reed Guard, available in one of five vivid colours, which has a soft elastomer cover and can store and protect four reeds on its special grooved profile.

Royal reeds: from classical to jazz

The Royal series reeds are made with a traditional French profile which ensures a clear tone in both the upper and lower registers. These reeds also deliver a quick response, which is great for staccato parts.
