Allmänt
The Mad Professor Mellow Yellow Tremolo can brutally chop up your signal just as easily as it can make it gently ripple. Packed with the same kind of built-in oscillator found inside renowned classic amps of old, this very special stompbox is always manageable, no matter how extreme the Depth and Speed parameters get. Lesser tremolo pedals would take the signal of an overdriven guitar and chew it up beyond recognition - not the Mellow Yellow Tremolo - throw through a distortion minced tone and it'll remain as laid back as ever.
Tight Control and Tight Housing
The controls of the Mad Professor MYT have been kept incredibly simple. Just three clear and fuss-free pots are provided to adjust the Speed, Depth, and Level - none of which need much explanation. The on/off footswitch is also true-bypass and the red LED indicator clearly signals operation. The compact housing is another welcome feature, especially for guitarists with an already overflowing pedalboard, since the vintage-style potency of this little pedal is sure to find a warm little corner it can call home.
