Allmänt
The Sonor NG11 is a diatonic glockenspiel in an alto register with 16 steel sound bars, and it offers a rather warm, but bright sound. The sound bars are mounted on a beech base that adds quite a bit of depth to the glockenspiel's tone. While it's highly suited for music lessons, the Sonor NG11 certainly won't disappoint in various (acoustic) genres of music.
Sonor NG11: reach
The NG11 has a tonal range between C2 and A3. Furthermore, this is the diatonic model, which means it's slightly easier for beginners to play than the chromatic version. Three additional sound bars are included with the NG11: the F#2, Bb2 and F#3. These can replace the standard F2, B2 and F3 bars, so you can expand your melodic palette and play different compositions. The high-quality Sonor NG11 features that well-known German build quality, and is well-suited for use both in schools and bands.
