The Showtec Performer LED150 is a professional and powerful theatre spotlight for lighting medium to large stages. As opposed to traditional halogen spotlights, this unit uses LED technology, which is a great deal more energy efficient and allows for reduced heat emission and an extremely long life span. This unit is also equipped with DMX functionality, for the controlling of built-in electronic functions like stroboscope and dimmer. This means no more messing around with great thick power cables, dimmer packs and spare lights!

Characteristics of the Showtec Performer LED150

The heart of the Performer LED150 theatre spotlight is a powerful 150W LED module. It produces a light yield of over 4,000 lumen, while consuming only 186 watts. The hardened Fresnel lens ensures that the light beam is powerfully bundled with a soft edge and the beam angle of the Performer LED150 is adjustable from 25 to 75 degrees. The LEDs have a refresh rate of 400 Hz, making this theatre spotlight fit for TV recordings.

Controls and housing

The dimmer and strobe functions are controlled via DMX. You have 1, 2, or 3 channels at your disposal to do so. Settings can easily be manually adjusted via the LCD screen and the user-friendly menu at the back, where you will also find the power input and output (Powercon connectors) and the 5-pole XLR DMX input and output for daisy chaining to other spotlights. Finally, the Showtec Performer LED150 is equipped with an adjustable suspension bracket and a built-in fan for cooling.
