If you are looking for a good lavalier microphone for use in the theatre or in broadcasting, this CK77-WR is a great-sounding model! It has an omnidirectional capsule on board, so the sound is the same quality from all directions. The capsule can easily be replaced, thanks to the screw thread used.

Double diaphragm

This lavalier uses a double-diaphragm capsule, which has been designed to protect the voice coil against moisture, sweat and salt. This comes in very handy when you are using this lavalier in the theatre, where the actors are usually sweating because of all the warm lighting. Make-up also can't get in at the microphone – you will be able to enjoy this microphone for a long time to come! The double diaphragm is mounted vertically, back to back, and therefore it is capable of filtering out mechanical noise and handling noise by mixing both signals with one another, out of phase. This way, you are provided with a quiet microphone that only picks up what is important.
