With the L160 D system, dB Technologies has brought a super compact speaker system to the market. This system distinguishes itself with its crystal-clear sound, and when combined with the 2 subwoofers it provides excellent balance from the lowest to the highest frequencies. The set consists of two L160 D satellite speakers and two Sub 28D subwoofers, along with two WB11 brackets for mounting the speakers. dB technologies L160 D System: small but worthy

The L 160 D satellite is equipped with two 5-inch woofers and a 1-inch tweeter which are driven by a 160W amplifier. A DSP engine has been integrated into the speaker to give you the ability to effortlessly adjust the sound to fit your surroundings. The Sub 28D subwoofer is equipped with two 8-inch woofers that are set in motion by a 400W amplifier. Moreover, each sub features a crossover for splitting the signal between the subwoofers and the satellite speakers. The complete system has a combined power of 1,120 watts!

Just as we're used to with dB Technologies, these four speakers have been equipped with a number of handy options. For one thing, the L160 D satellites feature two channels. The first channel accepts both line and microphone signals (switchable), and the second channel features a stereo RCA input. The subwoofers also have stereo inputs, with the input and output on each device featuring an XLR connector. Furthermore, the subs also each have a limiter, a phase switch and a crossover. Options enough for constructing a serious PA set.
