Finished with an intricate poplar burl top, this accessible and affordable version of the Sterling by Music Man Ray34 takes things even further. This serious, style-packed 4-string bass comes complete with the warm acoustic foundation provided by a nyatoh body, and that unmistakable yet unique, cutaway shape and 3-to-1 machine head layout. The single, potent Alnico humbucker at the bridge is tweaked in detail via an active three-band EQ, while the 6-bolt roasted hard-maple neck guarantees superior vibrational transfer and sustain, all backed up by the solid stability of a specially developed Sterling-designed bridge. This rendition of the Ray34 comes complete with a deluxe gig bag.
