These 14-inch Mb10 Heavy Soundwave Hi-hats by Meinl are heavier than the Medium versions, giving them more volume and a lower pitch. They have a powerful, open sound and an optimally resonating, full-bodied chick. The Mb10 bronze alloy

Cymbals from Meinl's Mb10 series are made of B10 bronze, which consists of 90% copper and 10% tin, and they are manufactured and shaped through a computerised process for maximum consistency. The bottom hi-hat cymbal has a special shape that eliminates the possibility of air-lock, where a vacuum between the two cymbals reduces their reaction time. Thanks to their brilliant finish, these cymbals have a modern look and a bright sound.
