Shure's Beta 87A has A has a super-cardioid pickup pattern, resulting in little or no ambient noise. Disruptive external influences are kept to a minimum by the built-in pop filters and advanced pneumatic shock mount system which counters handling noise as well as the sound of wind and breathing. The 87A consists of a controlled low-frequency roll-off which compensates for the so-called 'proximity effect'. This can occur when singing directly into the microphone, causing a change in the frequency response of a microphone, therefore emphasising lower frequencies. In short, with this microphone, you're prepared for any situation, whether it's in the studio or live on stage, for recordings or amplification! The SXL 2's signal is transferred over the airwaves to the receiver, so you'll be completely wireless with total freedom of movement!

• Skillnaden mellan Shure Beta 87A och 87C är pickupmönstret. Beta 87A har super-cardioid riktningsmönster, medan 87C har cardioid karakteristik. På det sättet tiilåter 87A mindre feedback när den används av erfarna sångare som vet hur de ska rikta sin sång direkt till mikrofonen. Å andra sidan är 87C lite mer mottaglig för feedback, men kräver mindre mikrofonteknik eftersom den plockar ljudet från alla sidor.
