This Carl Martin fuzz-box takes things way further than your average distortion pedal. Humbly dubbed The Fuzz, that hand-built stompbox can be deployed to support everything from classic rock or electric blues, through to solid metal or hardcore. While it bears a standard 9 Volt input, this is boosted internally up to 12 Volts to give the sound of your guitar and amp more than enough headroom to play with. Besides a dependable set of Gain and Level pots, the control panel sets you up with the high and low frequency tweaking power of a Deep and High 'Wave' pot, so you can beat the perfect fuzz into shape while the three-band EQ section can be manipulated to polish it off.
